She should’ve never made her smart comment knowing that was a private conversation I don’t have respect for grown woman that think they can think they can talk to people however they want, and especially not a customer. At the end of the day this is business I’m the customer with frustration caused over them, frustration that has been built up over 6 months and their constant lying. I think she was more upset about when she was east dropping they had vendor in the office, so they didn’t hear anything good about the apartments. She tried to belittle me telling what I’m going to do because she’s the property manager and I’m the renter. But there she starts yelling again I have to raise my voice to even speak. I went to the office to talk in person because over the phone she wouldn’t let me speak, when I got there they gave me the silent treatment like children would. After that she lost her professionalism, she twisted everything around and started yelling said that the private conversation she heard while me and my husband were on hold was us speaking to her Directly that we were cussing at her but the conversation was clearly between me and husband while we were on hold. When I called I was put on hold by her assistant which then me and husband to complain about the apartments to each other the property manager and her assistant were east dropping on our conversation on speaker and as soon as my husband left the room the property manager gets on the line and makes a smart comment about our conversation like was I supposed to hear all that. They haven’t sent our letter letting people know about the leak or when they’re going credit peoples accounts. Yesterday I called the office when I received the the final notice to see what was going on with the water and why we didn’t received our Credit yet, because this is the only way I can get updates over. But every time we go call or go to the office the issue is that they don’t have enough time to credit and credit the account because they’re too busy doing something else. last month we didn’t pay the water because the assistant at the office said the credit will be there this month but now They the have time to send out final notices if you don’t pay the water. Now for the past 3 months they’ve been saying they are going to credit our accounts and till this day they still haven’t. they finally made the decision to inspect after months of complains and there was a huge leak on the property. For months they kept on saying there’s no leak everyone’s bill is High. I’ve even recieved a bill for 107 for a 1 bedroom apartment for 2 people.
